We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹999.
Additional COD charges may apply where Cash on Delivery is available.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking ID
Courier partner details
Tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD service is available for selected pin codes across India.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect shipping address
High order volume during sales/festive periods

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
